About Mixora

Built for the people who have to make the menu work.

Mixora helps bars and restaurants turn their inventory, flavor goals, and bottle costs into original cocktail concepts with exact specs, cost guidance, batching notes, and a presentation-ready image.

Why it exists

Talented bar teams lose hours to blank-page menu development, then still have to calculate pour cost, reuse slow inventory, write staff-ready specs, and decide whether a drink can survive service.

Most general AI tools stop at the idea. Mixora was built to carry the practical work further: restaurant context, inventory constraints, originality checks, margin guidance, garnish, glassware, batch prep, and service notes in one workflow.

Founder note

Mixora was founded by Avery Schwartz after seeing how much time menu research and development could consume without giving operators confidence in cost or execution.

The product is being shaped with real bar, restaurant, and hospitality feedback. The goal is simple: make signature-drink development faster without removing the judgment, tasting, and craft that belong to the team behind the bar.

What we believe

Operator context matters

A useful recipe should reflect the venue, available ingredients, target price, prep capacity, and service reality.

Profit belongs in the creative process

Costing and margin should not be an afterthought once a drink is already loved.

AI output still needs human approval

Every recipe should be tested for balance, safety, allergens, legality, and service readiness before it reaches a guest.
