Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026. Mixora collects the information needed to run the private beta, provide the cocktail generation service, improve recipe quality, and contact approved testers.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, venue or company, role, website or social handle, beta request details, saved restaurant profiles, saved liquor or bottle costs, generated cocktail history, favorites, app feedback, support notes, and basic product events such as beta requests, logins, generations, usage-limit events, and feature clicks.

How We Use Information

We use this information to approve beta access, provide and secure accounts, enforce generation limits, generate cocktail concepts, save your restaurant and ingredient context, calculate rough costs and margins, improve recipe quality, respond to feedback, understand beta usage, prevent abuse, and communicate about Mixora.

AI And Recipe Inputs

Recipe prompts, venue context, pantry items, and bottle-cost details may be sent to the configured AI provider so Mixora can generate cocktail concepts. Do not submit confidential information, private trade secrets, regulated data, or information you are not allowed to share.

Storage And Processors

Mixora may store beta leads and feedback in Google Sheets, app account data in Supabase, and operational configuration in Vercel. If you use your own API key in Settings, that key is stored only on the device where you choose to save it. Mixora may also rely on hosting, analytics, AI, database, and automation providers that process data only as needed to operate the product.

Cookies And Local Storage

Mixora uses browser storage for sessions, beta access state, saved settings, and optional bring-your-own API keys. You can clear this data from your browser, but doing so may sign you out or remove saved local preferences.

Sharing

We do not sell beta user information. We may share data with service providers that help operate Mixora, when required by law, to protect the product from abuse, or as part of a future business transfer.

Retention And Deletion

Beta records are kept while they are useful for operating, improving, and securing Mixora. You may request removal from the beta list or deletion of beta records through the email or contact channel where you requested access.

Age And Alcohol Notice

Mixora is intended for adults who are legally allowed to work with or consume alcohol in their jurisdiction. Do not use Mixora if you are under the legal drinking age where you live.

Changes

We may update this policy as Mixora moves from beta to a paid product. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
