Beta terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 1, 2026. Mixora is a beta menu development tool for generating cocktail concepts, specs, costing estimates, batching notes, garnish ideas, and service guidance.
Beta Access
Mixora is currently offered through private beta access. Access may be limited, changed, revoked, or paused during testing. Free beta generation limits, pricing, features, and access codes may change as the product improves.
Accounts And Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your login, beta access code, and any API keys private. Do not publish shared master credentials, resell access, or let unauthorized users generate recipes through your account.
Responsible Alcohol Service
Recipes should be tested before serving. All recipes must be reviewed and tested by qualified staff before being served. You are responsible for legal compliance, responsible alcohol service, allergens, ingredient safety, ABV, pricing, menu claims, staff training, and final recipe approval.
AI Outputs
AI-generated recipes may be incomplete, inaccurate, impractical, unsafe, or too similar to existing drinks. Mixora attempts originality, balance, and cost checks, but does not guarantee that any recipe is original, safe, legal, profitable, allergen-free, or commercially viable without human review.
Costing And Margin Estimates
Cost estimates, margin guidance, batching yields, and menu placement suggestions are planning aids only. Validate bottle costs, pour sizes, taxes, labor, waste, supplier pricing, and local requirements before using Mixora outputs on a live menu.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the beta, bypass limits, attack the service, scrape the product, submit unlawful content, upload confidential data you do not have permission to use, or use Mixora in a way that violates alcohol laws or platform rules.
Ownership And Feedback
You keep responsibility for the final menus and recipes you choose to use. If you send feedback, suggestions, issue reports, or feature ideas, Mixora may use them to improve the product without owing compensation.
Service Availability
Because Mixora is in beta, features may break, change, or become temporarily unavailable. The service is provided as-is without warranties during the beta period.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mixora is not liable for losses related to recipe use, menu decisions, food or alcohol safety, legal compliance, business outcomes, lost profits, data loss, downtime, or third-party provider failures.
